This annual package is reserved for young people living in Île-de-France and meeting one of the following three conditions:

• Be under 16 years of age on September 1st of the year of subscription;
• Be under 26 years of age on 1 September of the year of subscription and be following a primary or secondary education course, or a work-study programme at a level below the baccalaureate level with the status of apprentice;
• Be under 26 years of age on 1 September of the year of subscription and follow a long-term integration training course for young people who have dropped out of school and are in difficulty.

It allows unlimited travel throughout the Île-de-France region, on most forms of transport: metro, bus, train, RER, tramway, certain local services and on-demand transport.
Not included: Orlyval, VEA Disney shuttles and tourist buses (OpenTour, Cars Rouges).
