How do I travel if my phone is lost or stolen with my Navigo Annual Pass?

In the Île-de-France Mobilités application, the declaration of loss or theft is possible from My space > Manage my account > My media, which redirects you to the Find My application on another device to locate your device and, if necessary, report it lost or to or from iCloud.com.

If you no longer have your iCloud login or can't access another Apple device, contact Apple.

As soon as you have a compatible iPhone or Watch, you can start restoring your tickets from the Maps app by selecting the (+) button > Previous Cards and thenselecting the backup you want to recover.

In the event of loss/theft of your phone on which your Navigo Annual Pass was loaded, you must first declare it from https://mon-espace.iledefrance-mobilites.fr/declaration-sav or from the mobile application on another phone, by authenticating yourself on your Île-de-France Mobilités Connect account from My Customer Service > area> A problem with my support or my tickets> My phone> I lost my support.

You can do this from a loaner phone, remember to log out at the end of the process.

As soon as you have a phone compatible with the service, you can put your Navigo Annual Pass back on it from the My Space menu> Manage my tickets > Retrieve my tickets.

You can go to a Carriers' sales agency, a RATP point of sale or a Navigo SNCF Services Desk, after making your loss/theft declaration described above so that the Navigo Annual Pass can be loaded onto your previous physical pass or, if necessary, onto a new pass.
If you wish, you can transfer your Navigo Annual Pass again once you have a compatible phone.
